Course description

Flinders’ new Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) solution is launching soon, providing an easier and more secure way to capture, organise and access your research notes and data.

The Electronic Lab Notebook includes two connected applications, RSpace and FieldMark. Both will be available to all researchers and HDRs across all disciplines.

RSpace provides a robust platform for recording laboratory and desktop research, while FieldMark delivers the same seamless experience in field environments, including reliable offline functionality for remote work.

This Advanced RSpace Training is tailored for Principal Investigators, Lab Managers and Technical Leads, focusing on managing notebooks, setting permissions, organising projects and using oversight tools effectively.

Principal Investigators, Lab Managers, and Technical Leads are required to attend both the Basic and Advanced sessions, as these cover essential navigation skills and notebook management.

If you are unable to attend the sessions, a webpage with user guides and instructional materials will be available to support your use of RSpace and FieldMark.
