'Young professionals' is broadly defined as career-oriented people in their 20s and 30s, however, support from all age groups is appreciated, particularly in mentorship roles.

• Offers a focus on stimulating ideas, creativity, information and experience-sharing, as well as supporting young professionals in their current role and their career.
• Provides the opportunity to discuss ideas, current trends and developments in higher education, as well as provide access to experts and thought leaders for presentations and advice.
• Networking and social events will be held regularly throughout the year, each offering great chances to build networks and relationships.
• Provides a safe a socially friendly environment for aspiring professional staff to encourage and support one another in reaching career achievements.
