Students as partners

Course description

This Flinders Learning and Teaching Academy Event focuses on the various ways in which academics can work with students as partners. This session will begin with a presentation on the Students as Partners Model from Jess Williams (FUSA Education Officer) and Billy Greet (FUSA Student President), followed by an interactive workshop. Attend this session to hear a variety of student perspectives on how staff and students can work together to achieve shared learning and teaching goals.

These sessions form part of the Flinders Learning and Teaching Academy’s activities. The workshops will include sharing of better practice nationally and internationally as well as presentations by academics and professional staff at Flinders. The workshops will also provide opportunities to identify areas for future work and projects and connect staff with networks, committees and Communities of Practice already working in the area.
