Start Well, Stay Well

Course description

This 4-week masterclass series for HDR students is designed to help you structure your time, protect your energy, and make the steady progress your research degree depends on.

4 weeks. 4 x 90 min sessions. 4× the tools to upgrade your life!

You’ve started your research degree. You’re expected to manage your time. Prioritise independently. Make steady progress. But rarely are we taught how to design our routines, regulate our energy, or build habits that survive high pressure periods.

START WELL, STAY WELL™ is a science-backed masterclass series that builds the practical self-management capability your degree relies on.

In this masterclass series, you’ll learn to:

  • Translate expectations into realistic and motivating research goals
  • Build repeatable weekly planning systems with the help of AI.
  • Embed daily productivity habits that support writing and analysis.
  • Develop reset strategies that protect momentum across your degree.

By the end of the series, you won’t just feel organised, you’ll have a clear vision for your next 3 months, a weekly structure you can rely on, and daily habits that make progress easier to start and stick to.

START WELL, STAY WELL™ helps you move from “I’m not sure where to start!” to “I know what I’m working on, how to get it done and I feel good doing it!”

These sessions are delivered online, across four consecutive weeks (attendance at all sessions is required).
