Meaningful Work, Meaningful Careers - PLTA Event

Course description

About the workshop
What makes work meaningful, and how does this  shape the careers we build? Drawing on my latest research into meaningful work, this interactive session explores what gives work purpose and why alignment between our values and our careers matters.

You’ll consider what matters most to you, reflect on how well your current career aligns with your values, and explore practical ways to create greater alignment between what you value and what you do. The
session will include a short research presentation and a practical values-to-career planning activity to help you identify your priorities and translate them into meaningful career action.
