Writing your Track Record for MRFF

Course description

Each Chief Investigator on a Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) application provides a “Chief Investigator Capacity and Capability” statement, typically one page in length, which contributes to the assessment of Criterion 3 - Capacity, Capability and Resources to Deliver the Project (30% of overall score).

Presented by Dr Marina Zupan, Senior Research Development Officer, this session will explore how to craft and tailor your track record for MRFF applications. It will cover:

  • How “CI Capacity and Capability” is assessed by the MRFF
  • What kinds of information you should include in your track record
  • How to structure your one-pager
  • How to provide examples of impact
  • Approaches (with examples) for team members with different backgrounds, e.g., for clinicians, consumers, and other professionals

This session will be run online via MS Teams. You will be sent a link via calendar invitation prior to the session.
