ARC Outreach: Industry Fellowships Program Updates

Course description

Australian Research Council Executive Director Outreach Session

Presented by Prof Anika Gauja, Executive Director, ARC, this session will provide an update on the ARC Industry Fellowships Program (IFP) after the inaugural rounds in 2022.

The primary goal of the IFP is to create a pathway to support academic researchers in establishing careers in industry, and industry-based researchers to work in university settings, with the aim of increased two-way mobility and skill-building in research collaboration, translation and commercialisation. The Schemes will also drive research collaboration, translation and commercialisation outcomes across a range of industry settings.

The scheme includes the following Fellowships:

  • Early Career Industry Fellowships
  • Mid-career Industry Fellowships; and
  • Industry Laureate Fellowships

In this session, Prof Gauja will discuss any potential updates or changes to the scheme in 2023. This session will run for 30 minutes with time for questions.

This session will be run via on-line via MS Teams. A link will be sent to you via calendar invitation prior to the session.
