A systematic approach to literature searching (non-health)

Course description

We will be adapting the model of systematic searching developed by the health disciplines. Using this we will guide you on how to design, translate, document your searches and manage the results.


This session will be in a computer lab but you can bring your own device if you prefer.

This will be an interactive workshop and will cover:
  • search design
  • translation of searches across databases
  • documentation of searches
  • managing search results
