As supervisors, it is vital that we have the ability to assert ourselves - to enable us to achieve our goals effectively and efficiently. For some people it comes naturally, but the good news is that assertiveness can be learnt!
This workshop is designed for staff in supervisory roles seeking to improve their assertiveness and will focus on useful strategies to ensure effective communication.
