This is hands-on computer course to teach staff who are unfamiliar with the University recordkeeping software system, Content Manager, the basics of creating, recording and managing records in the system.
Staff who have to use Content Manager for their work, and who have not yet had any previous training.
The following subjects will be explained in this course:
- Setting up CM
- Creating records
- Working with documents
- Searching for records
Students need to have a CM licence assigned to them. For information on how to obtain a licence please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
