This is a practical introductory course for staff to learn the navigation and functionality of Content Manager, the University's record-keeping software.
Course participants should have access to an active Content Manager account prior to taking this course.

Participants will be guided through how to set up the software, create records, run searches, and use integration to work easily with records. A basic troubleshooting component will also be included in the session.

Staff who have to use Content Manager and who have not yet had any previous training, or would like a refresher.
The following subjects will be explained in this course:
1. Develop a general understanding of the Content Manager interface.
2. Learn how to create a record in Content Manager.
3. Learn how to save a Microsoft Word document in Content Manager.
4. Learn how to save an email in Content Manager.
5. Run a simple search in Content Manager.
