Leading change conversations

Course description

Flinders University is committed to achieving the vision of the strategic plan, Making a Difference: The 2025 Agenda.

Building on the series of workshops run late last year around 'Leading people through change', this interactive workshop will assist staff in leadership and supervisory roles to manage the conversations around change with their staff.

The session will provide strategies to assist supervisors to build resilience in their teams, manage the everyday conversations about change, and how to respond to staff questions around sensitive issues.
