Being able to develop trust-based, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic partners is essential to organisational success.
The purpose of
this program is to equip participants with the leadership and communication
skills to be able to work with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to build a
shared vision, identify challenges and agree on strategies for working together
for mutual benefit.
As a result of this program, participants will have more confidence and capability to lead themselves, others and the organisation through uncertain and challenging times and towards mutually beneficial outcomes.
