MS Dynamics Student CRM: From Standard Environment to Customer Hub - User Training

Course description

In late October, 2018 Flinders University upgraded MS Dynamics Student CRM. The Staff is encouraged to use the Customer Service Hub now.

The purpose of the 1½ hour training session is to acquaint Staff with the new environment and functionalities of MS Dynamics Student CRM, Customer Hub.

This course provides an introduction to the basic uses of CRM and another course with more advanced features of CRM will be held early 2019.

Who should attend

All new and current Staff who use MS Dynamics Student CRM on a regular basis.

What you will learn

The course will cover the new Customer Hub environment, familiarise existing Staff and introduce new Staff to the basic use of MS Dynamics Student CRM, Customer Service Hub.
