This course provides an introduction to the basic uses of CRM.

All new and current Staff who use MS Dynamics Student CRM on a regular basis.
What you will learn
The course will cover the Customer Hub environment, familiarise existing Staff and introduce new Staff to the basic use of MS Dynamics Student CRM, Customer Service Hub.
Prerequisites / assumed knowledge
Access to MS Dynamics Student CRM. If you do not have access please log a call in Assyst, I need somehting fixed, I have a problem or request with MS Dynamics Student CRM.
