CRM Unified User Interface
Course description
From 30th October Flinders University will be using a Unified User Interface when working in MS Dynamics CRM. The Dynamics 365 - custom will no longer be available due to Microsoft changes. These sessions include the majority of the differences Staff will notice if still working in Dynamics 365 - custom. Those who attended Team upgrade sessions were shown a document only relevant to their own Team.
