Defeating Self-sabotage

Course description

Sometimes external factors stop us from achieving our goals, however evidence from the area of self-sabotage shows that often the reasons are more related to our own behaviour. Examples of common self-sabotaging behaviours include procrastination, perfectionism and over committing. This intensive program is best suited to candidates in their second or third year of candidature will provide you with an opportunity to explore your own self-sabotage patterns and identify strategies for dealing with them.

The course will be practical and designed to achieve results. Because the course is designed to make a real difference, a significant time commitment is required and there will be a limit to the number of places available.
