Course description

Performance Review and Development (PRD) is coming to Workday!

This session provides staff with an introduction to the PRD process as well as a walkthrough of how the module looks in Workday.  Focus will be on how to set your goals and development plans, as well as engaging in the discussions with your supervisor.

Please note, this session is for professional staff who are undertaking their review.  There is a separate session for Supervisors who will be reviewing staff.  See: Performance review in Workday - for professional staff supervisors
