This course explores all aspects of providing and receiving performance feedback. The workshop will be practical and focus on discussing how participants might apply strategies to their own situations. 

Topics for discussion include:

  • Defining performance feedback
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Techniques for providing feedback, including timing, context, task focus, active listening and facilitative questioning
  • Creating opportunities to receive feedback and strategies for responding constructively
