Finding Funding Opportunities: Navigating 'Research Professional'

Course description

The Research Professional system is accessible to all Flinders staff interested in sourcing research funding opportunities, and gives users access to a powerful database of worldwide funding opportunities.

Guided by Mary Lyons, Research Grants Officer, this session will:

• Provide an overview of the functions of Research Professional.
• Allow you to drive your own searches in real-time. Learn how to search for funding opportunities relevant to your discipline area, career stage, and type of funding.
• Demonstrate bookmarks for funding opportunities as well as how to save and share searches with colleagues.
• Demonstrate how to set up email alerts for new funding opportunities.

This session will run online via MS Teams. You will be sent a calendar invitation with the link prior to the session.
