H5P: Building interactive content in your FLO site

This short information session will provide participants with a broad overview of the H5P activities available directly in FLO and demonstrate how to add and use them in your topic(s).

This course is open to anyone creating, converting or refreshing a topic in FLO, and especially to those teaching staff who are looking for tools to present creative and interactive content and formative assessment designed to better engage students in their learning.

What you will learn

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Select and build an appropriate H5P activity using the H5P Content bank
• Set up and configure the H5P activity to suit the learning situation in question
• Add an H5P activity to the topic page, or embed it in an existing FLO resource 
• Use H5P support resources for knowledge gain and improve tool use within the FLO topic
