EO Online Module 4

Course description

Welcome to the new EO Online for supervisors and managers. Previously offered as EO Online Module 2, the course has been restructured however the total time for the training is approximately the same as the old version.

EO Online is:

• an interactive, equal opportunity workshop
• designed specifically for higher education employees
• organised into four modules
  - Modules 1 to 3 for all staff, and
  - Module 4 for supervisors and managers

At the end of the course, a Certificate of Attainment will be emailed to you.

You can exit EO Online at any time - when you next log in, you will be returned to the last page viewed.

You are encouraged to revisit EO Online periodically to refresh your knowledge, and to use the program as a resource when necessary.

Access to EO Online is via the following link:

• You will be asked to register for the course by selecting Flinders as your organisation
• You can then use your Flinders FAN and password to enrol
• When asked for an ID number, it is recommended you use your staff number or something else that is unique to you
