Human-centred collaborative design series - session 4

Course description

Human-centred design (HCD) is a collaborative approach to problem-solving that puts the people we are designing for at the heart of the process.

Our Human-centred design series includes four standalone, ½ day sessions that build on each other. They are designed for leaders, change practitioners and individual contributors who wish to develop capability in using human-centred design methods and mindsets.

  •  Session 1 – Invite discovery and explore the system with collaborative design
  • Session 2 – Build empathy and define the opportunity with collaborative design
  • Session 3 - Generate ideas and prototype opportunities with collaborative design
  • Session 4 - Test assumptions and map actions with collaborative design

You are welcome to attend them all, or dip into the topics that interest you most.
