How to Successfully Bid for Tenders

Course description

In this session, Xing Lee, Research Partnership Development Director at the Caring Futures Institute, will provide an overview of:

• key considerations and differences between tenders and more traditional academic funding applications
• the distinction between open and closed tenders
• where to find information about tender opportunities
• things to consider when putting in a tender response
• how to write a budget for your tender and use the Flinders budget tool for commissioned research
• support available.
