Provides an introduction to InPlace for staff who are responsible for creation, coordination and management of placements.

Who should attend

Staff who are responsible for the coordination and management of student placements for their work area. Staff attending the training must have been granted Placement Coordinator access to InPlace.

What you will learn

Attendees will learn about:

  • the typical placement process
  • requirement and allocation groups
  • requesting placements from agencies
  • recording responses to placement requests
  • allocating students to placements
  • assigning supervisors to placements
  • confirming placements
  • notifying students, agencies and supervisors of placements

Prerequisites / assumed knowledge

Staff must have been granted Placement Coordinator access to InPlace.
