This course builds on knowledge gained in the InPlace Introduction for Placement Coordinators and Placement Management Part 1 workshops, and covers management of placements and other maintenance functions.

Who should attend
Staff who are responsible for the coordination and management of placements for their work area. Staff must have already attended the InPlace Introduction for Placement Coordinators and Placement Management Part 1 workshops.
What you will learn
Staff will learn about:
- creating custom requirement and allocation groups
- communication templates, bulk SMS/email and the message board
- adding notes and documents
- the query tool
- other placement processes
Prerequisites / assumed knowledge
Staff must be existing InPlace users and have attended the InPlace Introduction for Placement Coordinators and Placement Management Part 1 workshops. Staff also need to complete the Communication online learning modules prior to attendance.
