ARC Industry Fellowships: Strategies to write and submit a successful application

Course description

This session will prepare you to apply for an Australian Research Council (ARC) Industry Fellowship. This session will be relevant to those applying for an Early Career, Mid-Career, or Laureate Industry Fellowship.  

This session will include information about the schemes and provide strategic advice to develop a partnership and craft a strong application. This session will explore:

• The Industry Fellowships scheme  
• Key sections of the applications
• The assessment criteria
• How the Industry Fellowships differ from other Fellowships (DECRA, Future, and Laureate Fellowships)
• Submission and success rates
• Choosing the team - eligibility and requirements for Partner Organisations and contributions
• Budgets and justifications
• Key dates and resources

Brad Budgen, Senior Research Grants Officer, will lead the session and will be joined by a member of the Research Partnerships team, as well as a recipient of an ARC Industry Fellowship.
