Have you ever tried getting someone to do something when they don’t want to do it?  It can be challenging!  In today’s changing workplace, influence is a key skill for success, whether you are leading, following or collaborating.

In this workshop we will discuss and practice the skills required for influencing others, including building rapport and using persuasion, to achieve outcomes that are in both parties’ interests.
