Intellectual Property Information Session

Course description

In this session, Luke Dale (Partner) and Nikki Macor Heath (Special Counsel) from HWL Ebsworth Lawyers will cover:

  • the basics of intellectual property
  • the different types of intellectual property
  • common misconceptions of intellectual property within a research context 

The session will also touch on key considerations for commercialisation of different types of intellectual property.

There will be time for networking and afternoon tea at the end of the presentation.

This will be a hybrid session. You can join us in person at Studio 1&2 (behind Grind & Press), Professional Services Building, Bedford Park or online via MS Teams (calendar invites will be sent out closer to the date).
