We are bringing a refresh to many of the Professional Development course offerings in 2023.
The course content listed below may change to reflect an updated program.
We are all aware that change is constant and that we need to adapt and evolve as individuals and organisations to succeed in in this changing world. As managers we have an active role to play in leading those changes, whether it be a change to a local process or system, or supporting our teams with a larger organisational change.
This workshop has been developed in order to support supervisors and managers who wish to build their capabilities in change management and understand more about change management at Flinders University.

By the end of this workshop participants will have:
- Developed a greater understanding of the change process and key drivers of success
- Explored their role as a supervisor or manager at Flinders University, in particular, how they can support their teams through change
- Considered change at Flinders University
