Mindfulness and meditation for productivity & self-care

Course description

Mindfulness is being present and engaged in each moment of our lives. It is something that we can all learn, and research shows that it improves productivity and wellbeing.

This practical session provides the opportunity to be led through several examples of mindfulness and meditation practice, in the calming environment of the Oasis common room.

  • experienced brief mindfulness exercises and a mindfulness meditation
