In this workshop, participants will have:

  • Discussed the effects underperformance can have on the individual, team and organisation
  • Explored the policies and procedures at Flinders, and discussed key legal requirements
  • Practiced informal counselling methods

Prerequisites / assumed knowledge

This workshop builds on the content contained in Performance management 1 and 2. Participants are encouraged to have attended those workshops in advance of this session, but it is not mandatory.
