Navigating Imposter Syndrome

Course description

Have you ever felt like a fraud or pretender, or wondered if you would one day be ‘found out’?  If this sounds like you, you may be experiencing imposter syndrome. 

People who experience imposter syndrome are often high achievers who can’t quite accept their achievements, and this experience can sometimes create self-limiting beliefs or anxiety.

In this engaging and practical online workshop, Dr Gareth Furber, eMental Health project Officer from Health, Counselling and Disability Services, will provide you with a great understanding of imposter syndrome, and the ability to navigate this experience with confidence.
