This workshop introduces you to an in-depth and rigorous structured problem-solving technique so you can identify opportunities for improvement, generate solutions, and effectively plan for implementation.

What you will learn
This workshop introduces participants to a structured problem-solving approach. By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Explain the importance of defining a problem.
- Choose the right problem to solve.
- Write a problem statement that states and specifies the problem clearly.
- Conduct a root cause analysis using the 5 whys and fishbone techniques.
- Identify and prioritise possible solutions using brainstorming and control impact analysis.
- List important factors to consider before and after solution implementation.
