Problem-solving in the workplace
Course description
***NEW FOR 2015***
Do you wish you and your team were more inclined to effectively problem-solve?
Rather than always accepting 'the way we do things around here', wouldn't it be great if they started questioning their approach to analysing problems and suggesting options?
Do you want to feel empowered and encourage team members to feel the same?
If the answer to the above questions is 'yes', then this workshop may be just what you need.
