Research Data Collection and Management and Intro to REDCap
Course description
If you are beginning a new research project requiring data collection, particularly if you will be collecting health or identifiable personal data with privacy considerations, have you considered how you will collect and store that data?
Flinders University provides several tools for data collection.
Presented by Dr Kelly Loffler, Senior Research Fellow based in the Flinders Clinical Trials unit (CMPH), this session will discuss:
- general considerations for planning research data collection and data management plans
- options for research data collection tools and software and their pros and cons
- introduction to using REDCap for data entry and collection
This session will be run online via MS Teams. A link will be sent to you via calendar invitation prior to the session.
