Flinders University recruitment procedures, and to instil confidence in our
hiring managers, (in conjunction with our recruitment team) to conduct a best
practice, successful recruitment process.

Information session
All managers/supervisors who will have hiring
responsibilities should attend this information session.
Anyone who actively takes part in, or assists with, the
recruitment process, (such as panel members and support staff) are also
highly encouraged to attend.
We understand there is a lot to absorb in your first few
weeks at Flinders, so in the case of new hiring managers, if the next available
course is in your first month, please register for the following session.
This training will provide you with an understanding of the
recruitment lifecycle, from how to request a new position to acceptance of the
employment agreement and completion of hire of your new team member.
Please remember if you can't attend a course anymore please unenrol yourself or move to the waiting list so others can attend.
