Course description

Presented by Hendryk Flaegel, Manager, Research Ethics and Compliance, RDS, this session will cover the requirements of the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research (2018) and other relevant guidelines and legislation. 

This session will also investigate:

  • Principles of research integrity and responsibilities
  • Planning of research, adhering to regulation, Ethics and managing interests
  • Record keeping and managing collaborations
  • Authorship, publication, peer review and engaging with the public
  • Research breaches

This is a Research Bite session which will run for 45 minutes.
