Research Town Hall with the SA Chief Scientist

Course description

Join the SA Chief Scientist, Vice-Chancellor and members of the Research Leadership Team for what is sure to be an insightful and engaging panel discussion about the future of research.

In this session, you will hear from:

  • Professor Craig Simmons, Chief Scientist of South Australia,
  • Professor Colin Stirling, Vice-Chancellor,
  • Professor Raymond Chan, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), and
  • Associate Professor Tamara Mackean, Research Lead, Indigenous Research Strategy.

Our panellists will discuss what they think research and research institutions will look like in the future, they will highlight the significant trends that are shaping the future of research and innovation, and they will provide insight into what researchers can do now to prepare for the future.

We encourage the audience to come with questions for our panellists.
