Flinders has recently implemented a new staff-to-staff online service request tool called Service One. Service One provides a single pathway for staff to request a service in one place, find the right service request within one minute, and complete one streamlined request for each service.

Who should attend

Face-to-face training is being scheduled for Service Specialists – but only for staff who will fulfil a current service request on Service One. If you don’t hold the role of fulfilling a current service request on Service One you don’t need to attend training at this time.

What you will learn

The training session will focus on how to use ‘HappyFox’ (i.e., the  service-end of Service One) for fulfilling service requests submitted through Service One. Included in this session are step-by-step instructions for the basic bits of HappyFox you’ll need to be comfortable using to manage a request. The tool can do lots beyond that, but that’ll be covered in other resources you can access when you’re ready to level up.
