Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ResearchNow

Course description

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) are a global initiative to address humanity's most urgent challenges. Launched in September 2015, the SDGs lay out a bold vision for tackling critical economic, social, and environmental issues by 2030.

Through ResearchNow, we can show how Flinders University contributes to these goals.

From mid-March, ResearchNow will publish SDGs on researchers' public Research@Flinders profiles and tag content with SDG keywords. Research outputs harvested from Scopus will also be tagged with relevant SDGs, which will be visible on both individual researcher profiles and College homepages.

This exciting new functionality highlights how your research contributes to global sustainability efforts, and enables better reporting from ResearchNow on how you and the University are aligning with the United Nations' SDG framework.

This workshop will cover how you can add/edit Sustainable Development Goal tags in your ResearchNow Profile.
