Concepts, processes and features of Change Management in Service One.  This training will give you the opportunity to learn the end to end life cycle within the new change management module in Service One. This will include: 

  • Logging changes
  • Assessing changes
  • CAB member roles and responsibilities

Prerequisites / assumed knowledge

You are required to have access to the ITSM module in Service One.
