Flinders Library and Research Development and Support present 'Understanding and using your research metrics’.
How do you know if your track record is good enough to be competitive for external grants? How can you be confident in applying for promotion in the next round? How can you ensure you have a strong application for prizes and awards?
This session will look at ways that you can benchmark your career as well as show you the tools available to you to check that you are on track and help you stay on track (e.g., SciVal, InCites).
Josephine McGill from the Library will be joined by members of the Grants and Tenders teams who will be available to answer any questions you have about using your research metrics in NHMRC and ARC grant applications.
This session will be run online. We will send you a link prior to the session via calendar invitation.
