Flinders Research World Café

Course description

On behalf of the University Research Committee, members of the Flinders research community are invited to the Flinders’ Research World Café.

The Café will be an opportunity for researchers to have a conversation about the following research topics:

Attended and facilitated Prof Rob Saint AM, DVC(R); Prof Tara Brabazon, Dean of Graduate Research; Prof John Spoehr, Pro-Vice Chancellor - Research Impact; Sally Wheldrake. Director Research Development Support; and College Deans of Research, The World Café is an opportunity for researchers to explore the issues listed above together in an informal setting by discussing them in small table groups.

The discussions will be held in multiple rounds of 20-30 minutes with a cafe ambiance, allowing for relaxed and open conversations to take place.  Individuals will then be invited to share insights or other results from their conversations with the rest of the large group.

Venue:  Alere Function Centre

Morning Tea will be provided
