Post Workday release: supervisor drop-in session

Workday is now live, and supervisors are using Workday to approve requests and follow certain People and Culture business processes.
This session aims to provide an opportunity for Flinders supervisors to ask questions and clarify any pressing queries / questions about Workday, Release 1.
The post-release supervisor drop-in sessions are a way to clarify queries about features that supervisors have found useful or confusing in Workday. This will provide supervisors with clear direction and expand their knowledge about the functionality of Workday.

Who should attend
The Release 1 supervisor drop-in session is intended for all Flinders supervisors, irrespective of classification or size of the team managed by the staff member, e.g. a HEO8 staff member with supervisor responsibilities for a single staff member, a senior leader, or a senior leader with multiple direct reports.
'Flinders supervisors' includes academic staff who have a team of employed research support staff, or an academic staff member with supervisor responsibility for junior teaching staff or early career researchers.
What you will learn
At the end of the session, participants will have an awareness of Workday and have their concerns / queries answered.
